Lindsey Douglas

Lindsey has been a registered placement agent since 2012 and has secured capital for various hedge funds, private equity funds and private placements from investors around the world.
She joined the alternatives industry in 2012 from Morgan Stanley in New York where she worked in the Institutional Fixed Income Division, selling municipal products to hedge funds, mutual funds, insurance companies and banks. She began her career in 2006 in New York as a registered representative in the Ultra-High Net Worth Division of Morgan Stanley’s Private Wealth Management Group.
Lindsey graduated cum laude from Tulane University as a Founder’s Scholar with a Bachelor of Science in Management with majors in Finance, Accounting and Economics. During the fall semester of her senior year due to Hurricane Katrina, Lindsey studied Finance & Economics at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas in Austin. Prior to Katrina, she interned in the Public Finance Division of Morgan Keegan in New Orleans on the new issue syndicate bond desk.
She holds her Series 7, 31, 66 and SIE licenses and is based in Santa Barbara, CA.
